Santa’s Grotto

SANTA’S GROTTO

We’ve obviously been in Santa’s good books this year as he has decided to spend time at the Engine Yard throughout December to meet your little ones and check they’ve also been behaving!

Step into the Engine Yard’s very own North Pole, wander through the beautiful snowy forest and meet the big man himself. Enjoy our festooned Grotto where every child will meet Santa (and some very special friends) and take home a festive gift.

As you can imagine, it’s a particularly busy month for Santa, so you’ll need to book early to get tickets for your preferred day.

Simply choose when you’d like to visit between 1st and 23rd December, pick a time (available in half hour slots) and add the number of tickets you’d like. Two adults can accompany each child. Please note: the time you select is a booking slot of 30 minutes during which a maximum of 6 children will see Santa. Make sure you allow time to park and get to Santa’s Grotto before your slot begins. The plan is that you’ll see Santa within your chosen time slot but on popular days, you may need to wait a little longer.

Choose your date and buy your ticket

Santa’s Grotto is delighted to welcome well behaved girls and boys (accompanied by equally well behaved parents) on the following dates and times:

Saturday 1st – Sunday 23rd December, 12:00 noon – 6:00pm.

You’ll need to pre book tickets for Santa’s Grotto and pay in full at the time of booking. Regrettably, Grotto tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

As mentioned above, you’ll be booking a 30 minute time slot during which a maximum of 6 children will pass through the Grotto to see Santa one at a time. We’re expecting Santa to be in demand so please make sure you allow plenty of time to park and arrive at the Grotto on the day of your booking.

Santa is looking forward to seeing you within your chosen time slot but on popular days, you may need to wait a little longer.

Given the flow of visitors, it may not be possible to admit latecomers so please leave plenty of time for the experience. Santa does his best to ensure that gifts are suitable for each child, but if they’re unwanted, lost or damaged, he won’t be able to replace or exchange them (the gifts, not the children…!).

Please note that photographs taken at Santa’s Grotto may be featured on social media and used on future marketing material. You’re free to take your own photographs throughout this experience. Children must be supervised at all times – two adults per child.

If for any reason, Santa has to shut his Grotto due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather), we’ll let you know as soon as possible. If the experience remains open, but you decide not to visit, unfortunately refunds will not be given.

Enjoy your visit!
