Is there a charge for parking?

Yes, charges for parking have recently been put in place at our Ticket Office Car Park
The charges are as follows:
1h free (no ticket required)
1h extra £2.20
2h extra £3.30
3h extra £4.40
All day £5
Overnight (5.30pm – 9am) £20 

The Engine Yard Car Park (Short Stay)
1h free
1h extra £3.50
2h is max stay 

Parking time starts on entry and closes on exit. 

Please note that Parking Charge Notice enquiries cannot be dealt with by Belvoir Castle staff or staff within any retail unit on the Estate. Should you wish to appeal a Parking Charge Notice please go online at www.initialparking.co.uk. Alternatively, you can send a written appeal to Initial Parking Ltd Suite 83, 51 Pinfold Street, Birmingham, B2 4AY. Please revert all other general parking enquiries to Initial Parking Ltd on info@initialparking.co.uk 

Where do I park if I have mobility issues/ a wheelchair?
There are accessible parking bays at the front of the Engine Yard Car Park.

The Fuel Tank Cafe
Enjoy a delicious menu of fresh home cooked meals, light lunches or just a slice of cake! The Fuel Tank is the perfect place for a hearty lunch or a morning coffee. Located at the heart of our Engine Yard retail village.

Dogs

Can I bring my dog where can/can’t they go?
Yes, the Engine Yard is dog friendly. Well behaved dogs are welcome in the Fuel Tank Cafe and most of our Engine Yard Shops. They must be on a lead at all times and we ask that you clear up after them.

Are there any local walks or cycling routes.

Yes there are a variety of scenic walking trails nearby as well as cycling routes.

The distance between Grantham and the Engine Yard is 6 miles. The road distances 8 miles.

How close is the Engine Yard to the castle?

The Engine Yard is at the foot of the hill the castle sits on. It is approximately a 10 minute walk to the castle from the Engine yard and a 2 minute drive.
