Crafts 4 Kids is a family run, independent boutique with a wonderful selection of children’s toys.  Back in 2005, we began specialising in arts and crafts for kids and focused on popular hobbies like sewing, knitting and crocheting. Over the years, we have expanded into pretend play toys, traditional toys with a contemporary twist and fun educational toys.

Our warehouse is based in Bottesford so we’re very local to the Engine Yard. While we’ve built up a great reputation for online orders and beautifully packaged deliveries, this is our first shop, and we’re very excited about it!

Unique toys to stimulate your child

As parents, we’re keen to offer carefully chosen toys and crafts for children from the ages of 1 to 16. Everything we stock is there for a reason. It’s educational, creative or promotes active bodies and minds. We constantly scour the market to find new, beautiful and creative toys to make it easy for our customers to choose the perfect gift for family and friends.

Our collection is handpicked from uniquely different British companies including Buttonbag, The Crafty Kit Co, Clara Creates, Scribble Down and Floss & Rock.  We also have beautifully designed imaginative play toys from further afield.  Some of our favourite European brands include Djeco, Moulin Roty, Aquarellum, Oskar and Ellen, Avenue Mandarine and Decopatch.   In addition, we offer a collection from the USA including Melissa & Doug, Mudpuppy, Eeboo and Breyer horses.

We’ve added a selection of Knight and Princess toys to match up with Belvoir Castle’s beautiful surroundings from Playmobil and Djeco Arty Toys which make delightful souvenirs.

As the UK’s largest supplier of Djeco , you’ll be able to find their whole collection on our website.  We stock over 60 brands in our warehouse. You can count on us to regularly change our ranges here at The Engine Yard so that there’s always something new to entice you back!

We are also planning plenty of “Have A Go” sessions where you and your child are welcome to drop in and try one of our craft activities.

Keeping kids active is something we’re keen to promote, whatever the weather. Upstairs, you’ll discover Little Skiers offering some of the best skiing brands from around the world. These include Barts, Didriksons, Giro, Hestra, Icebreaker, O’Neill, POC, Quiksilver, Schoffel, Trespass and Sorel. We also stock thermals, winter hats and snow boots for non-skiers!

As well as supplying top quality skiwear, we can give you advice on what to pack, where to ski and how to choose the right equipment.

During the summer months, we’ll be offering a collection of beach bags, body boards, kids’ wetsuits, rash vests and beach shoes for Little Surfers from leading brands including Hydro Flask, O’Neill, Animal, TWF, Dock & Bay Beach Towels, Barts and Terra Nation.
